These are the actions we have taken to improve our patients' experience based on the results of the survey

  • Introduced a new ‘same day triage’ appointment system, to ensure that those patients in most need of a same day appointment are prioritised and allocated an appointment with the most appropriate clinician.


  • Introduced a new cloud based telephone system increasing the number of incoming telephone lines into the surgery. The new telephone system also has the ability to monitor peaks and troughs in demand allowing more staff to be allocated to call handling when identifying busy periods.
