What can you do with the Life Rooms?

We are an NHS service that provides a safe and welcoming space to meet others, access opportunities and learn about community resources. The Life Rooms offer support to those wanting to take the next steps in their life. Our services are free and available to everyone and include:

Learning

Life Rooms Online is an online learning space where anyone can access a number of Life Rooms courses covering topics around mental health, physical wellbeing, exercise classes, healthy cooking and support around getting back into employment, to name a few. There are new courses being added all the time. Explore more at https://liferooms.learnworlds.com/

Not only that but we have live Zoom sessions happening every week day with our Life Rooms Learning Facilitators and actors, musicians and dancers from the Liverpool Philharmonic, the Liverpool Everyman and the Playhouse and Movema, to name just a few. Want to learn how to better understand and support your mental health in a safe, supportive, online group? Want to learn how to use drama or music to improve your mental wellbeing? Check out our timetable and register for any sessions you'd like to attend via Eventbrite. Discover our timetable at https://www.liferooms.org/online-learning-and-zoom/
